Pros
When I moved from LA to DC , I was looking for a place to work with similar projects than the ones I worked before. Pixeldust offered me an opportunity to work on multiple media outlets and broadcast networks , worldwide. There is an air of creativity and collaboration with my team members, great work-life balance, we rarely worked late, and if I did, they compensated me one way or another. The management is approachable, ethical and flexible, they really showed appreciation to my hard work. My skills and experience keep growing exponentially.
Cons
Not really much in this department, except the few selection of places to eat But I'm just thankful I can work with a company like this in this area of the country.
