Pros

The location in Manhattan Beach/Torrance is nice and the company only has 6 employees so if you like small companies, this is the only positive.

Cons

The CEO is not well educated, unprofessional and unethical driving a new Mercedes while employees have never received a salary increase and vendors are not paid. Class action suits plague the company as well as evictions and embarrassing work-life situations. No growth for employees and rampant consumer complaints.

Pros

Everything runs really smoothly and processes are in place to make sure everything is done efficiently. I feel valued. The CEO is available to help and answer questions and doesn't mind stepping in. I haven't experienced that before. She's really approachable and easy to talk to.

Cons

I am only part-time and hope to be full-time.

Pros

This company must solicit a decent amount of work to still exist. I don't know enough about this company to give them many pros. I did get paid, although mighty late, so that is a pro.

Cons

I was a contracted to do several video jobs for Pixelfish. They claimed to have a 45 day payment cycle for freelancers, which would have been fine, but this was not the case. After not receiving payment, they said that the payment would go out during the next payment cycle, but would not tell me when that was. Several emails later of zero explanations, payment came net 90 days post invoice. They gave no indication of this payment time frame, and I was in the red for equipment rental costs during this entire period.
