Great environment, and people around you. Not to much pressure. Good planing of things and sprint. Company that appricieate a good work.

Technologies are a bit outdated. Not so many chances to incsrease your knowledge since you are limited to only some of them.

Travel allowance Free parking Breaks aren't scheduled / can be taken at any time, as long as you don't go over your daily limit. Challenging work You get paid weekly during the training period.

No work is assigned directly - you have to grab whatever is available. Getting help or feedback is difficult as the work floor leadership is often overwhelmed. Seating isn't assigned either & is in short supply during the shift changeover. Loud music is played constantly. Training is insufficient.
