Pros

The people here are great, easy to get along with and everyone looks out for one another. Great working environment and approach to WFM since covid struck. Good relations with most customers. Interesting solutions, products and general workload. Freedom to be independent in work but also welcoming when requiring help. Very flexible and accommodating when it comes to personal matters

Cons

Pay extremely poorly reflecting either effort made and/or skills possessed on a individual person basis. Complete lack of salary review or increments. Lack of workload at times, there's only so much work we can create ourselves. No clear road to job progression. (And even if there were would the wage reflect it? I'm guessing not.) Lack of basic training on certain products. - The same training that is given to some customers could be equally as valued when shown to employees. Since the R&S take over i have underlying worries the company is going to go from "Family of co-workers independently and collaboratively working to deliver a great product in their own way." to "Cogs in the corporate wheel following every directive and order no matter how happy HR make it sound"

Pros

A pretty chilled out place to work where you're trusted to make your own decisions and as long as you seem to be doing a half decent job you'll be left to get on with it. If you want some equipment bought for you, ask and you shall receive. You make stuff that goes on TV!

Cons

Office building is a somewhat depressing place to work. Lack of communication between team members if you're outside a particular clique. Everyone getting on and doing their own thing can mean work isn't well coordinated. Certain employee(s) are clearly incompetent at their job.
