      Pros

      Culture is laid back and relaxed. Flip flops and shorts are the norm. Smart, high-caliber employees from all disciplines. They spend a lot on time on training. The CEO is down to earth.

      Cons

      Work hard, play hard. The bar is set very high across all clients and each team is expected to do whatever it takes to improve campaign performance. Clients demands are unpredictable.

      Place to work in the past though not sure now

      Cons

      I’m not sure if management is the same but if it is then you might want to be very cautious in your interview realize they will hire anybody so make sure you are interviewing them and not the other way around
