One of the biggest advantages is the four-day work week, which makes a huge difference in overall job satisfaction and productivity. The company is also set up in a very employee-friendly way, and the atmosphere feels supportive rather than overly corporate. The team is great - colleagues are friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. On top of that, the benefits are excellent, and there is also a clear opportunity for growth, at least up to a certain level, which gives employees a good sense of direction in their career path.

On the downside, the office is open-space, so there is some mild noise during the day. Also, it does not have a particularly strong “gaming company” vibe in terms of design, but it is still perfectly fine, practical, and functional.
