      Flexible hours Easy going, welcoming team Super fun atmosphere 50% employee discount, free gaming I felt looked after, cared for, like a person not a name on a rota Good wage for students, evening and weekend hours that fit well around uni They prefer to promote within the company LGBTQ+ friendly

      Cons

      Late finishes can be around 1-4am Fast paced work, the bar can get so busy and can last for hours
