Pixel Artworks is an amazing company to work for. You are given the space to work autonomously and challenge yourself whilst receiving the right level of support and encouragement from the studio director & wider team. If you are a producer looking to perfect your craft and elevate your career this is the best environment to do so. A range of projects, high profile clients and a tight team culture.
Cons
Long hours / overtime during busy periods but this is nothing new in the industry. You get back what you put in i.e time in lieu like any other agency.
