Pros

I'm hard-pressed to find even one. They seem to be really into VR technology and are (over)investing there.

Cons

Too many to list here. This is a horrible, awful company. It rewards mediocrity, as a family-run company that should not be a surprise. They're shipping tech jobs to India so I wouldn't plan on staying long if you're a developer. Technical services are terrible as well. I would not feel comfortable having my campaigns deployed from Pixacore. Things are constantly breaking down. Client services is run by an imposter, someone who wants to be a strategist, a copywriter and run the account team. Yet fails all over the place. And the screaming fits you hear are legendary. And you're able to hear everything because the office is small, crowded and noisy. They have one large account, Bayer. One medium account, Celgene and a couple of small projects. And no pipeline of new business. Oh, and it's all run by 20somethings in WAY over their head.

People are amazing, down to earth, future-oriented, innovative, fantastic creative, great culture, adaptive, responsive.

Cons

lots of depth of experience balances this out - little chaotic at times but that's normal for agencies
