      - Great youthful energy in the office - Fulfilling work - Great sense of camaraderie - Upper management have a vested interest in your career progression

      - Work can be pretty full on, not for everyone - Limited WFH days on a weekly basis - Currently in a shared office arrangement with non-permanent desks
