I have only been at Pivot for a few weeks but have been welcomed with open arms. The company values their culture and you can tell it's built into the structure of how the work day functions. Flexible, caring, and hardworking employees from top to bottom. The office is warm, cozy, and welcoming right on Lake Champlain.

It's a supportive environment where people feel comfortable being themselves while still doing high-quality, meaningful work.
