While I'm glad you were able to expand your professional network and make some great friends within Pivot, I understand you wish there were more. It's an understandably frustrating experience to feel that the ideas and strategy sessions you are part of didn't culminate into action while you were here. From a larger organizational perspective, we invested heavily in solutions to remove obstacles to creating processes and execution strategies. Some of the challenges resulted from rapid growth over the past few years, and we're focused on fixing that this year.
