Pros

There are no pros for real

Cons

They expect working full time and they are disgustingly rude. zero culture. The CEO had this idea of this startup while studying phd and the whole thing deserves to stay a paper thesis not a company. he is super resistant to knowledge. everyone was telling him(outside the company advisors) that this business plan is not working and your pricing strategy is a joke but he insisted that it works! They are very unprofessional and have absolutely zero idea about how to run a business. they don't pay you cuz they are an early age start up and no one is funding them properly. you will not get paid, no one respects you and you are expected to work 10hrs a day min plus being available round the clock.

Pros

I started here as an intern, and honestly, I’ve really enjoyed the experience. The work lines up so well with what I was looking for and what I’m passionate about. The founders, have been super supportive from day one. As a fresher, I did face a few bumps in the beginning, but they always encouraged me to keep learning and trying new things. Since it's a startup, you really have to take the initiative, be curious, and put in the effort to grow. But that’s also what makes it exciting. You get what you give. What stands out the most to me is how much heart and hard work the founders put into this place. I genuinely believe the company has a bright future ahead. I’m really glad to be part of it.

Pros

Working at Pivony gave me the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities, especially with the Frontend development of the app. I learned a lot during my time here, both technically and professionally, which I greatly appreciate. The fast-paced startup environment allowed me to grow my skills and contribute meaningfully to the product.

Cons

Startups, by nature, can be demanding and carry high risks, which isn’t for everyone. I found this aspect challenging as it doesn’t align with my preferred work environment.
