      Creative agency always looking to future. managers care about their employees well being. Provides good benefits, great creative WK environment. Open to ideas from all employees.

      they don't appreciate mistakes. If someone screws up they get fired if client don't like them. The client has too much control of agency. If client dont like u u can get fired..
