Pros
Everyone at Pivigo works hard, but the work is rewarding and the job is engaging and dynamic. The managerial structure encourages professional growth and works with the staff to establish personal learning plans for professional growth. As the company is growing, the upper management do a great job of sharing information throughout the company about their vision for the company's future. The work environment is fantastic: the people are friendly and helpful and it is very clear that we are all on the same team and working towards common goals. There are rarely expectations to work out-of-hours, and when this does come up it is almost always for special events. Personally, I find the work interesting and challenging. My job very-much challenges me to excel in areas that are often outside my areas of expertise, and the breadth of my experience has grown substantially as a result. On balance, my strong feeling is that if you do good work for the company, they will be good to you in return. I have been very happy there.
Cons
As Pivigo is a small company, one's responsibilities can often change and you have to be comfortable with this. It's not a "con" for me, but it could be for some.
