Company in the dark ages - Anonymous employee Pittards Employee Review

Extremely old fashioned company. No concern over staff welfare, especially during pandemic when making staff work illegally without proper concern to Law set by Government in regards to shift and home working. Run by managers who live to work, not work to live which is not a problem except they do not accept views of people who do not want to work every hour under the sun. They also do not listen to others. Building falling to pieces. Management get paid ridiculous amounts and loyal floor staff on tuppence. Not a diverse workforce. No free tea or coffee, have to pay for own refreshments.
