      Extremely fast-paced and often high-stress, Dock positions are restricted to 2nd shift or midnights, Equipment is improving but still fairly limited

      Pros

      Flexible hours to an extent Unlimited sick and personal days for salary Health benefits being paid for is nice- but the quality has gone down recently

      Cons

      Pay was terrible Profit share was less than stellar compared to other companies retirement plans 10 days PTO for 4-5 years is not nearly enough Management has horrible communication in Vehicle Maintenance Said they’d match an employment offer 6 months in and I didn’t get the wage until 2 years into the job
