      Great pay, hours are met, management is there and always listens, Supervisors will spend a full week with new employees on training. This position usually leads to full-time

      Cons

      In need of more equipment, terminal is a little small for how much freight flows through there

      Pros

      Flexible hours to an extent Unlimited sick and personal days for salary Health benefits being paid for is nice- but the quality has gone down recently

      Cons

      Pay was terrible Profit share was less than stellar compared to other companies retirement plans 10 days PTO for 4-5 years is not nearly enough Management has horrible communication in Vehicle Maintenance Said they’d match an employment offer 6 months in and I didn’t get the wage until 2 years into the job
