      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Can be good exercise. Meet alot of different people.

      Cons

      Make you work way to many hours sometimes. Management is terrible. Very political when they favoritism for advancements Almost impossible to move up from dock worker to driver. Dirty environment with alot of safety hazards and reckless people. Favoritism towards employees ruined it. No overtime until worked 3 years.

      Flexible hours to an extent Unlimited sick and personal days for salary Health benefits being paid for is nice- but the quality has gone down recently

      Cons

      Pay was terrible Profit share was less than stellar compared to other companies retirement plans 10 days PTO for 4-5 years is not nearly enough Management has horrible communication in Vehicle Maintenance Said they’d match an employment offer 6 months in and I didn’t get the wage until 2 years into the job
