      Pros

      REALLY great people. Leadership is knowledgable and engaged. And you get to work in ASPEN, COLORADO!

      Cons

      Expensive to live close - most commute 30 minutes to 2 hours. Communication could be improved. Involve the people that do the jobs and those that understand the priorities in changes. They are not mutually exclusive.
