Poor treatment by Owner - Artisan Bread Baker Pitango Employee Review

Owner is very controlling of the bread process without having any knowledge or experience. He doesn't are about his employees at all, and won't even make sure overnight staff has food and water to get through 12 hour shifts, which is demanded of us weekly.
