Pros
– You’ll learn things quickly because you have no other choice.
Cons
– Communication is all over the place. You’re told one thing, then blamed later for not doing something they never mentioned.
– The unpaid first month feels like a trick. They keep delaying stipend discussions with new excuses every week.
– The company runs almost entirely on interns. Only two permanent employees, and interns do most of the actual work.
– They change expectations anytime they want. UI refinement suddenly becomes a full redesign. Then you’re asked to take interviews like an HR assistant.
– Rules appear only when you ask for something. Leave policies suddenly pop up out of nowhere.
– Their campus hiring strategy feels misleading. Big package range advertised, tough test, no one selected, and students are later offered unpaid work.
– You have to use your own laptop and equipment for everything.
– No proper structure or guidance, just constant pressure to figure things out alone.
