My time at PistolStar has provided me with great memories of the entire team, including management. I am grateful to have a manager who cared, provided support, created learning opportunities, and an environment to grow. When I was unclear as to which direction to go, I could go to my manager and have a discussion to provide clarity and encouragement. Our customers and how we provided clear communication and support are the top priorities in every department. It was clear to me that our customers were the center of our success and path forward. Most of my coworkers were terrific to work with and also very focused on being productive and contributing to a positive work environment. It's everyone's responsibility to make the environment positive. I utilized the 401k, HRA, and medical plans. I never had a problem and am grateful for that too.
