1. You will learn lot of things.
2. You will start working under pressure.
3. You will get support from your teammates . Also great support from Ajit Kumar.
4. Good salary hikes.
5. You will get chance to work on multiple tech stack but not in proper way. So you will have doubts about your potential.
Cons
1. Once you asked for good hike, you need to work on 2 project at same time.
2. You need to work on weekend if things are not in hands.
3. Bad management, like no HR to address your problems, Mr, Sujit Kumar visits office once in year.
4. If you resign from the Pipra, no one talks to you. You will be like betrayed to org even you have spend with 3 to 4 years.
