Pros
401k package is competitive. PTO is generous. Bonuses are guaranteed for the year of 2015 (management's attempt to recover after a very negative company survey).
Cons
Processes and procedures are in shambles. Departments do not work together. Culture is horrible. Compensation is inadequate across the board. Management is not accountable. Computer system is unreliable.
You cannot be in the building for more than thirty minutes without hearing someone say they hate their job, want to leave, can't wait to quit, etc. When walking the office you'll hear people yelling at their computers and see pictures of sinking ships as desktop wallpaper. I do not intend to stay much longer.
