Pros

Small company with tremendous growth opportunities both as a firm and as an individual. There are a lot of responsibilities assumed from the top-down, granting autonomy in work style across positions. Mobility in work flow throughout the M&A process from start to close is real-time and functions smoothly in comparison to larger diligence firms where you may be stuck performing one piece ofthe process for an extended period of time. All training done in-house; CPA not necessary for entry level.

Cons

M&A, in general, requires heavy lifting and sometimes extended hours for given weeks. Will experience here and elsewhere.

Pros

The people are great, the work is interesting, and you have the ability to contribute and learn by doing on day 1.

Cons

The hybrid/remote nature adds flexibility, but the days in office were the best

Gain experience from day one, meaningful training sessions, employees willing to take the time to guide interns in the process

Cons

Small company, can occasionally be limited in-person interactions
