      Good people. Salary is OK for new or lower-mid level experience. Bonus structure is fair. Company car provided.

      Cons

      Micro management from Japanese parent company. Salary for upper level or experienced Account managers is low compared to other automotive suppliers in the metro Detroit area. No room for growth or advancement within sales as account managers.
