They usually lure you in with words lke ESOP and bonus etc. But rest assured these are just that -lures. Never saw anybody getting any. You have to a lot of time in Mumbai. Now if you like Mumbai that's ok. But if not you are in for a long haul in a smelly Company guest house... may be for months at a time. The creative, tech, HR, Finance is all based in Mumbai. So if you are outside Mumbai... then you are practically outside everything. Basically, the DNA of the company is still that of a small start-up. But the size is grown way too big for a start up
