Great product, great team, great leadership - Software Manager Pinpoint (TX) Employee Review

I can't say enough positive things about the culture and work environment at Pinpoint.

Only cons would be those that you see at all early-stage startups.

I either had it really bad before or Pinpoint just is really that great. It's a startup that has all of the good stuff about them and none of the bad. Just some of the things I love about working here: - A passionate team that truly believes in the vision - The smartest, most down-to-earth colleagues - We like each other. - Leaders who really care about the employee experience and are very transparent - Flexible work that fits your definition of "work/life balance", people live all over the country and globe - Actively encourages personal and career growth - Building for scale, not for the cheapest way to success

If I HAVE to say something, I would say that we don't work at the beach enough ;)
