      Can hands on a lot of tech things and learns things very quick. The company encourage people to grow up faster and become portfolio manager in 3-4 yrs If you can approve ur ability.

      Cons

      The workload is high. If u want to be distinguished in the company, u have to pay efforts around 70-80 hrs for work per week.

      Pros

      Have pretty successful funds (including both quantitatively managed and fundamental based), well diversified portfolio, and rigorous risk management policies.

      Cons

      Everyone is very busy in the company, some guys took responsibilities of several roles like IT and clearing. So maybe better to hire more people to make everyone specialize in one area.
