work life/balance hard (but not any more difficult than any other job)

Most of the employees are great. Job is fairly relaxed

Not much growth, high turnover at all positions, lack of benefits. There is a glass ceiling to the upper a management and upper management expects extremely high results with low-mid pay. You might get hired for one thing but eventually will have to do different tasks.
