Cons
There are lot of things: They don't have any sort of sourcing tools except Cepal in which you'll get CB and Monster CB with 20 clicks only for day and this company only has 5 integrated CB and Monster accounts. They will tell you, we will provide you cab then after joining they will ask you to relocate near to the company so they can provide cab. Food is very unhygienic and plates are dirty. They are not able to give tissues to employees how they can give the salary. If you join this company you're going to waste your talent and your precious time. I'm working for this company and I know each and everything, Management is waste, they won't give salary slips to employees until they ask 5 times and HR don't even know how to make a salary slip. They won't give you any written confirmation over email. There is no tool by which you can check your attendance, every time you have to reach to IT Admin for this. They make so many fake promises to employees. In the company, they will only treat well to the family friends of Director who're working for this company.
