      Flexibility, knowledge learned, most of the people and the relationships Of a few that I actually thought we were friends.

      Cons

      The best one I have to say is that I was passed over for promotion given to my completely equal peer without any reasoning or warning.

      Pros

      Get to meet a lot of people in all walks of life. You'll learn every road in a 150 mile radius.

      Cons

      Will not negotiate raises. no matter how long you've been a contractor. They have benefits, but if your pay is too low you can't afford them anyway. Primary partner for Unisys-Dell warranty service. Once they get you stuck in a contract with Pinnacle, they never want to hire anyone for Unisys. No vacations or paid holidays.
