Pros

- Great Training program - Great tech equipment and safe, fun, work environment - Time passes quick. Plenty of work to stay busy - Friendly and approachable management. Local ownership is on-site daily which is awesome. -Low stress, leave your work at work. -Pay is on the lower end of spectrum but its not always just about the $$. Great benefits and PTO -No fake corporate culture which is awesome. Really going to miss this place

Cons

- F/T hours not guaranteed - Compensation could be a bit higher considering recent inflation.

Thanks so much for the positive feedback about Pinnacle. We are lucky to have amazing on-site ownership that is involved with the day-to-day operations. We appreciate the feedback about higher pay and are actively working to update our pay structure to be more in line with the current economy. Thanks again for the positive review.

Pros

There is a significant amount of work to be done during certain times of the year, a high opportunity for overtime in the temporary worker capacity.

Cons

The company has a hard time holding on to temporary workers, and doesn't seem to value the individual beyond how many files they can move. It's understandable that some temps will leave, but a large percentage of temps leave without warning and there is no explanation given. I found myself overworked on an extensive schedule. Many times I worked from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with overtime), but management would tell me I could leave soon, only to turn around fifteen minutes later and change their minds when new files came in. There was a lack of awareness, including times when I was carrying 150% of my workload, and they reprimanded me before later going back and determining that the caseload was being misdistributed. I was between jobs in my legal career, and was asked if I wanted to stay on after my temporary employment. At the end of the temporary employment, they suggested I could have a management position there after several years of work. Why would I want to climb a corporate ladder there when they knew I had my J.D. and was looking for a more substantial position? Did they see my value, or did they not simply understand?
