Pros

Was good at the beginning, but went downhill over time.

Cons

Support for the sales staff is lacking. You can sell a product but they won't deliver it to the customer on time, and most of the time, the implementation is shoddy. They mostly care about getting the credit card business now and the actual hardware and soffware they can care less about and even less about the end-users experience.

Pros

-Marginally competitive wages -Decent benefits -Good Atmosphere -Full of competent, positive, and kind people. -Owners seemed like genuinely good, hard-working people with an intense understanding of the industry.

Cons

-Incapable of getting out of it's own way. Endless meetings about when more meetings should take place to decide when to have more meetings... Which was constantly spreading Management/valuable problem-solving staff thin, often leaving support from the team practically just out of arms reach. -Started shuffling existing positions/roles/responsibilities/ departments/duties/functions/ around without consideration for chain of command. Often felt set up for failure when expected to juggle incompatible sets of responsibility within the company. Most importantly. Either out of touch with their own customer's level of disatisfaction with the company or in denial of it.
