      Good benefits, good coworkers that are always willing to help, very nice environment

      Cons

      -SOME doctors are rude. -constantly staying over the past 8 hours due to doctors doing telehealth in between cases, -pay is below average

      organizational commitment to improving patient and employee experience. great 401k. benefits are at par. things are improving. good direction.

      building a new vision is hard, not linear. ups and downs can be tough.

      Pros

      I feel a lot of career support. I have ambitions, and I feel like my co-workers support and champion my work. The team is great and everyone I work with is passionate about what they are doing.

      Cons

      Sometimes, finding direction is a struggle, but we are getting there. I am optimistic.
