      I am fortunate to work alongside wonderful coworkers and supportive teammates who foster collaboration and mutual respect. Opportunities for learning and upward mobility are a constant, which motivates me to continue growing professionally. Pinnacle’s rapid growth keeps the environment dynamic and engaging, challenging me to stay adaptable, proactive, and continually improve my skills.

      Cons

      The constant changes across clinics, each with its own policies and operational workflows, can be challenging at times. Implementing a more streamlined and standardized process across clinics would be extremely beneficial, improving efficiency, consistency, and communication while supporting continued growth.

      Working at Pinnacle has been a positive experience. The team and the patients are great and the work is fulfilling.

      The network is growing very quickly which can come with challenges.

      Pros

      Newer tech, streamline between clinics

      Cons

      Underpayment of employees. I was approached by a competitor and offered a 43% raise after being told by Pinnacle I made well within market value. When I left and my former job was posted, the offered salary was still well below market value.
