Pros
Pinnacle is willing to take in employees who are newly out of school or no knowledge of medical billing or coding and train you for your position. They have amazing benefits and pretty good vacation time.
Cons
They are currently working from home, this includes training. Yes, they are willing to train, but their eventual goal is 100% accuracy (understandable in the medical billing field), and they want you close to that in 3 months or less. Management is nice to your face, but who knows what happens behind closed doors. There are some conversations I heard about other places or offices that makes me wonder what else was being said.
