      Friendly colleagues, flexible managers, interesting work/projects, generous bonuses, helpful HR for immigration docs, great xmas parties & gifts, new office, latest hardware, extremely competitive salaries.

      Cons

      it's too bad developers are no longer hired for the Curacao office, I wish more people could experience the beauty of working as expats on a Caribbean island.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were friendly and helpful when I was first learning my job. Maintenance, leasing agents and the Manager made my experience a good one.

      Cons

      Not a company to work for if you don't already have a few years of experience. It is common for properties to be understaffed and the crew you have must know their job already for it to work well.
