Pros
Meeting all the customers and helping them as much as I can. Room to move up in the company. Management always there to help you as you grow in the company. The pay is good. They do start you out at a decent pay. Dealerships are nice - proud to work at the dealerships I am working at and grow a bond with the clients. You stay busy! Always something to do. It does make the day go by. :) All in all advancement opportunities are there in many different locations and positions. Corporate is extremely helpful. They participate and interact with employees and with the customers. Tons of support from corporate and our clients It is a very positive, learning and encouraging environment An enormous amount of teachable moments. I have learned so much in such a short time. I am truly blessed to be a part of such a great company I want to thank my Regional Manager Michael Preetorius for helping me and answering any questions that I may have.
Cons
Working outside can be a con due to weather conditions but not all of our positions are outside. Hiring people can be a hassle but I'm hoping with the new system it will be easier.
