Suppose you're willing to start your career in a very high-pressure environment. In that case, Pinmicro's sales team can be a good headstart to jump on to other companies by getting first-hand experience on how to work in similar scenarios elsewhere.

Extremely high levels of micro-management especially in the sales team. The CEO often threatens employees that they will be fired if the work isn't satisfactory. No proper knowledge of sales and marketing strategies. Significantly less compensation (Rs. 13000 for freshers) and a huge amount of work. 6 months notice period for freshers and 3 months notice period for regular employees.

You can enjoy a decent work experience at Pinmicro if you are lucky to have been placed in a good team. There are opportunities to learn and grow, if you are a fresher in your field.

The working environment can get very toxic at times. Also you have ZERO job security. They can call you in the middle of the work and ask you to forward your resignation letter without giving a solid reason. This has actually happened multiple times in the company. Plus, the hike and other benefits are pathetic.
