      Pros

      Pay is phenomenal. We get paid quickly after each detail. Mileage and hotels are paid for.

      Cons

      Last minute notice of work. Sometimes can be very far from residence. Job is considered self employment so you need to pay a lot in taxes unless you use tax deductions

      They were willing to hire me

      Cons

      Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
