      no career path, being treated like a number to be deployed to clients, no personal touch or care. micro-management by the manager without understanding the client company culture.

      They were willing to hire me

      Cons

      Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
