Absolutely the worst - Cashier/FOH Pinkbox Doughnuts Employee Review

What I witnessed was a pattern of good, hardworking people being pushed out while selfish, uncaring managers were kept in place, people who micromanage, overload their teams, and offer zero real support. They can watch you struggle and do absolutely nothing. The turnover is unimaginable. Employees aren’t let go here…… they’re disposed of. Expectations from upper management are unrealistic and constantly shifting, with no acknowledgment of the effort put in. Worse, there’s an embedded culture of making employees feel inferior, I heard the same story from people across every location; this isn’t a one-store problem, it’s a company-wide pattern. I left disappointed. Not in the brand, the product speaks for itself. But in a leadership that simply does not deserve the team they have. The ones who cared the most were shown the door first. That says everything.
