Pros

You get to work in Bangalore in a startup environment

Cons

Really bad experience, low salaries, poor work culture and extremely unprofessional environment. Work standards are really pathetic, no work life balance. No support from management, crazily extended work hours. Don't fall in trap of ESOPs. The team structure is really unprofessional, no additional benefits given to employees. No extra salary for working on Saturdays and Sundays. 6 working days a week is their mandatory requirement. Many a times employees are called for work on Sundays.

Honestly speaking – I’m struggling how to go about responding to this review. Unsure whether I should be defensive and justify few of the above mentioned ‘cons’ or should I link it to mutual mismatch of expectations? Amidst the dilemma, the only thing coming out clearly is that in some ways you’re hurt and as the first employee of PinkBlue, one of the Co-founders and more importantly your erstwhile teammate – I apologize to you. Mind you – this apology is not for the things you’ve written about PinkBlue – the ‘low salaries’, the ‘no work life balance’, the ‘crazily extended work hours’, the ‘6 working days week’, the ‘no extra salary’. This apology is because I feel that I personally failed to reach out to you, hear you out and provide you the other perspective. I’d still refrain from giving a point by point rebuttal to your allegations and instead request you to reach out to me. Let’s talk over a cup of CHAI :) On behalf of PinkBlue what I’d want to say is – We are a growth centric organization and we are on a mission to create something that’s not only immensely beneficial for the Healthcare industry, but is equally exciting & challenging. From what we have learnt, we know that this journey is going to be arduous & demanding. It’ll ask us to push our limits and walk that extra mile and it’ll demand us to learn new things and execute with perfection. Although there have been sincere attempts made by the ‘Employee Success Manager’ – who joined us a few months back – to notch up the much needed ‘fun at work’ quotient; the sheer satisfaction of solving a super-complex real-life problem is still the thing that keeps most of us going around here. On that note – I thank you for your contribution to making us who we are today and wish you all the best for your journey ahead. Varun Singh

Pros

I have been working with PinkBlue.in for about 1 year and 4 months, currently handling responsibilities from a managerial perspective within the sales function. The company operates in a niche segment of dental e-commerce, which provides strong exposure to B2B sales operations, customer acquisition, and relationship management with dental clinics across India. From a management standpoint, the role offers good opportunities to build and manage teams, drive sales strategies, and work closely with acquisition and retention funnels. The fast-paced startup environment encourages ownership and decision-making, which helps managers develop operational as well as leadership skills. The organization also provides good exposure to lead generation strategies, inside sales processes, and customer lifecycle management, which are valuable experiences for anyone looking to grow in e-commerce or healthcare distribution.

Cons

As with many growing startups, certain processes and internal systems are still evolving. At times, stronger cross-team coordination and faster support responses would help improve operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times for issue resolution.

Pros

PinkBlue offers a highly collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. The leadership team is approachable, and the CEO demonstrates a clear strategic vision for building a technology-driven healthcare supply chain platform. The company operates in the dental and medical supply ecosystem, connecting manufacturers and healthcare institutions through a digital procurement platform, which creates strong exposure to both healthcare and e-commerce operations. Employees get significant ownership of projects, which accelerates learning across functions such as digital marketing, operations, and healthcare supply chain management. The culture encourages experimentation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making. For professionals interested in healthcare commerce and startups, this is an excellent place to build practical skills and industry understanding.

Cons

Like most fast-growing startups, work can sometimes be fast-paced and demanding during peak business cycles. However, this also creates opportunities to learn quickly and take on broader responsibilities.
