Pros
The owners really care about the people here. If someones car is broken down the owners offer to let that person borrow their car. On a smaller scale they try to have nice little things that help the day go better such as juices and coffee ready in the morning. Weekly there is a Wink Wednesday where someone gets recognized in front of everyone with a note from Tara (the Owner) saying how they did something awesome.
Cons
Driving, There is a lot of driving with home cleanings. Chocolate, I wish everyone was neat as they go to the restroom but it does not happen. It's easily too cold or rainy. This job requires getting equipment out of the car and when it is rainy that is not fun to do.
