Honest review - Marketing Manager PingoLearn Employee Review

Working at Pingolearn has been a wonderful experience. Everyone right from the managers to the co-founders is extremely friendly and helpful. Even as an intern when I made mistakes they helped me out everytime. The work environment is really happy and fun. I have worked here for 4 months and I have to admit it that these were one of the days I've had.

There are no cons as such.

- There are new features in every cycle, so learning and growth is at a rapid pace. - The team is small, so the accountability and ownership is high for every feature. - The workplace is very chill and everything is flexible. - There's no hierarchy in terms of management. Everyone is approachable for anything.
