Great company - People Operations Pingboard Employee Review

Pingboard is an awesome place to work. Everyone on the team is genuine. They just had a change in CEO and the new one is great. Has such a great vision for the company and is a down to earth, nice person. Which I feel like is undervalued today. Work-life balance is top notch. Transparency is a reality. Fully remote, but very engaged employees make it feel more connected.

There's been steady growth, but on the slow-ish side. Up to this point I would say it has been a "con" but right now is a tipping point, and everyone feels it.

Many pros but here's a few.. The team! - Everyone at Pingboard is not only down to earth but intelligent, there's a lot to learn from the people here. Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand and support each other. Management - is transparent about what is going on within the company/business. You can go to anyone in management and openly express your feelings or ask questions. Culture - Pingboard offers great work/life balance. We have unlimited PTO, flexibility to work remote when we need/want to, activities planned outside of work. We are also given the opportunity to plan activities with smaller groups and Pingboard will help sponsor it. So far, Pingboard has been a great place to work, there is a ton of room for growth and development, great culture and great people and I'm excited to be a part of the future of Pingboard.
