Many pros but here's a few..
The team! - Everyone at Pingboard is not only down to earth but intelligent, there's a lot to learn from the people here. Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand and support each other.
Management - is transparent about what is going on within the company/business. You can go to anyone in management and openly express your feelings or ask questions.
Culture - Pingboard offers great work/life balance. We have unlimited PTO, flexibility to work remote when we need/want to, activities planned outside of work. We are also given the opportunity to plan activities with smaller groups and Pingboard will help sponsor it.
So far, Pingboard has been a great place to work, there is a ton of room for growth and development, great culture and great people and I'm excited to be a part of the future of Pingboard.
