Great people to work with, very talented. The hours were flexible and the office was in a great location. Enjoyed the content of my work, as well as the friendly working environment

At the time the company was young and tasks to complete were not clearly defined. On occasion this resulted in making it difficult to meet the expectations of management.

Thing that fascinates me most about Pingar is that management truly cares about employees' opinions and potential. Strong team-work is one of the key strengths. The team it self is sharp, up to date and fun to be around. This employment was the best decision in my career.

All employees must be up to date. In order to enjoy employment here, employees should be interested in what is happening in the market.
